Cycle Farms offers complementary and synergistic products and services. The company has taken inspiration from nature to develop equipment that valorizes organic waste through the co-production of compost and protein rich insects. Cycle Farms uses the insects as the base of its own formulation of nutritionally complete fish feed.

Cycle Farms delivers industrial productivity through polyculture inspired technology. By transforming organic waste into protein through a natural process, we can offer fish farmers a more cost effective and environmentally friendly feed.

By combining nature and technology, we’re helping agriculture innovate. Our clients benefit from a better quality feed at a lower cost, allowing them to grow their businesses sustainably. Cycle Farms is moving aquaculture forward to launch a global food system revolution.

Cycle Farms feed delivers direct benefits to farmers. By valorizing organic waste, decreasing the amount of arable land and wild fish stock destined to feed production, and increasing the productivity of fish farmers, Cycle Farms creates social, environmental, and economic value for actors throughout the food system.

Products

Cycle Farms has developed a full range of fish feeds. From fry to fingerling to harvest, Cycle Farms feeds offer the right nutrition to optimize growth and reduce mortality rates in aquaculture production.

Cycle Farms will launch its first generation of products, specifically adapted for tilapia production, in West Africa.

Thanks to the natural process at the heart of its biorefinery Cycle Farms can also offer a nutrient rich compost, suitable for organic farming.

Equipment

The Cycle Farms biorefinery is a unique, vertically integrated, feed production system. Every stage of the process, from organic waste hygienization to pellet extrusion, occurs in the biorefinery.

The insect production at the heart of the biorefinery occurs in a completely controlled environment, allowing for the transformation of organic waste into protein without risk of contamination. The system’s design makes it easy to use.

Our innovative proprietary system produces a nutritionally complete floating pellet of a higher quality than any other in the West African market at a competitive price.
